LESSON 5:

Rhythm #2 – Emphasis

In this lesson, students will look at how to break words up into their syllables, and identify their correct emphases. We’ll look at the effect of accents within both words and sentences, and start matching words with rhythms and melodies. The lesson will blend some discussion and exploration with some worksheets, and some presentation items.
